About This Event
THIS EVENT IS AT THE ROSE AND ALFRED MINIACI PERFORMING ARTS CENTER ON THE NOVA SOUTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY CAMPUS. Presented by The Rose and Alfred Miniaci Performing Arts Center and Dimensions Dance Theatre of Miami Join Dimensions Dance Theatre of Miami and Miami Youth Ballet for a spectacular Matinee Magic performance of \"Carnival of the Animals\", a unique multimedia ballet for families, all about endangered species and the environment. Sally and her friend Pally the Pelican go on a rescue mission around the world, exploring different ecosystems, triumphing over evil poachers, and saving animals in danger. They overcome hardship on their journey in a determined effort to make sure the Animals can have their Carnival. Choreography and original libretto by Yanis Pikieris and David Palmer, and original music composer by Matthew Pierce.
