Elaina The Poet pays homage to poetry, jazz and soul with Elaina The Poet Bringz the Jazz. This show, set for the day before Easter, is a theatrical expression of God, the Arts and Love. Elaina, the poet, brings the jazz by mixing an ode to Grammy nominated singer, songwriter, poet and actress Jill Scott, with family, local entertainment sensations from Dillard High School, and much more. Elaina is locally know to recite poetry and the Word of God before and after belting out popular song stanzas in spoken word performances all over the Tri-County area. Elaina released her first spoken word album titled PURPOSE on September 16, 2016 at the Hollywood Hard Rock Hotel located in Davie, Florida. Three years later in 2019, she released #CLEARVOLUME, her second poetry album. Elaina the Poet Bringz the Jazz will feature jazzy artists like Lavie, The Keenan Experience, Reesy and Elexis.
